- Full website redesign. A clean, responsive site that looks great on desktop, tablet and mobile. Your website is often the first contact point for potential customers — let's make a good impression and use it to bring more people through your door.
- Optimised on every page for performance, SEO and accessibility — to drive leads and help your website stand out from the competition.
- A content review, with suggested improvements on things like tone of voice, imagery and lead generation.
- A contact form, built in. A working enquiry form wired straight to your inbox, with anti-spam protection so the messages you receive come from real customers — not bots.
- Not interested in the tech jargon? That's fine. All you need to know is I'll configure the site and find the best prices for any services required, so you can focus on building your business.
- Interested in the tech jargon? Great. We can review your existing hosting setup to see if savings can be made, along with any other third-party services such as contact forms and booking systems.

Standalone website
A site that's wholly yours.

- 3 rounds of design amendments so we get the details right.
- Fully deployed, working website — including a zip of all the files in case you decide to use another web designer in future.
- A list of any services in use with reminder dates for contract renewals, if needed.
Option A
Contract
- Monthly retainer @ £80/month for up to 5 hours of development time — content changes like adding blog posts, updating team pages, business status updates and changes to opening times. All content provided by you.
- Additional time outside the contract charged @ £20/hr.
- Priority customer — your change requests take priority over freelance hourly-rated work.
- Includes hosting costs.
- Management of, and any required maintenance to, the hosting service.
- Proactively keeping up to date with SEO best practice.
- Cancellable at any time, at the end of the current month's cover.
Option B
Freelance
- No contract.
- Hourly rate @ £40/hr (minimum 1 hour) for any content changes or website maintenance.
- Website hosting account set up in your name and paid for by you.
Important: Handover options must be decided before the project begins, as the choice affects how your hosting is arranged.
Domain renewal fee
For your own peace of mind and security, the domain (your website name) stays in your name, with you holding the account details and payment. I'll likely need access initially to set up hosting and email services — after that, I recommend you change the password to protect yourself.
